WELCOME & CONTRACT
Congratulations, you got the job! A dedicated onboarding liaison will contact you to review the steps for your onboarding and credentialing process to ensure you have seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, you will receive your employment contract via DocuSign within 24 hours of verbally accepting an assignment with us.
MEDICALS, DRUG SCREEN & BACKGROUND
You will receive a Let’s Get Started Email, with a checklist of the specific credentials that will be required for your new assignment. Please be sure to read the email thoroughly and provide all the credentialing items listed within the first 24 hours to ensure the timeliness of your expected start date. You will need to provide a current physical and provide current medicals or we can work with you to schedule medicals and a drug screen based on the client specific requirements.
Our HRIS system, Paycom is a two-step process for our W2 consultants. The first step is a simple “self-onboarding” experience where you will enter some basic contact information; the second step will ask you to complete a checklist of onboarding tasks.
PAPERWORK PROCESSING & CLEARANCE
During this time our onboarding liaison will be working diligently to ensure we have all of your required credentials. They will be tracking your background check and working with you should there be any additional documents needed or questions answered.
Congratulations, you are cleared to start! Upon completion of all your required credentialing paperwork, background checks, and HR documentation, your recruiter will reach out to solidify your start details for your first day as an MMHC Consultant.
TIME & ATTENDENCE
Shortly after starting on your assignment, and depending on the client, you will receive instructions on how to submit your time worked. Some clients may ask you to register in their Vendor Management System (VMS) tool and provide instructions on how to submit your time; and for all other clients you will receive instructions on how to use Mitchell Martin’s Webtime system. Your onboarding liaison will reach out to you during your first week on assignment to help answer any questions you may have to ensure you can enter your time.
