This page contains information about our onboarding process to help prepare you for what’s involved, as well as answer any questions you may have. Should you need assistance, your dedicated Onboarding Liaison can provide assistance from day one. Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable, appreciated and a valued employee as you join the MMI family.

WELCOME & CONTRACT
Congratulations, you got the job! A dedicated onboarding liaison will contact you to review the steps for your onboarding and credentialing process to ensure you have seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, you will receive your employment contract via DocuSign within 24 hours of verbally accepting an assignment with us.

MEDICALS, DRUG SCREEN & BACKGROUND
You will receive a Let’s Get Started Email, with a checklist of the specific credentials that will be required for your new assignment. Please be sure to read the email thoroughly and provide all the credentialing items listed within the first 24 hours to ensure the timeliness of your expected start date. You will need to provide a current physical and provide current medicals or we can work with you to schedule medicals and a drug screen based on the client specific requirements.

PAYCOM
Our HRIS system, Paycom is a two-step process for our W2 consultants. The first step is a simple “self-onboarding” experience where you will enter some basic contact information; the second step will ask you to complete a checklist of onboarding tasks.

PAPERWORK PROCESSING & CLEARANCE
During this time our onboarding liaison will be working diligently to ensure we have all of your required credentials. They will be tracking your background check and working with you should there be any additional documents needed or questions answered.

START
Congratulations, you are cleared to start! Upon completion of all your required credentialing paperwork, background checks, and HR documentation, your recruiter will reach out to solidify your start details for your first day as an MMHC Consultant.

TIME & ATTENDENCE
Shortly after starting on your assignment, and depending on the client, you will receive instructions on how to submit your time worked. Some clients may ask you to register in their Vendor Management System (VMS) tool and provide instructions on how to submit your time; and for all other clients you will receive instructions on how to use Mitchell Martin’s Webtime system. Your onboarding liaison will reach out to you during your first week on assignment to help answer any questions you may have to ensure you can enter your time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When do my benefits take effect and how long do I have to enroll in them?
Your benefits will become effective from your date of hire. You have 15 days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits. If you do not enroll within your first 15 days, you will not be able to enroll in benefits unless you have a qualifying life event (marriage, divorce, birth of a child, adoption, loss/gain of other coverage) within 30 days of the date of the event OR during Annual Open Enrollment.
When will I receive my first paycheck? How do I view my paystubs and who to contact for payroll questions?
MMI pays our consultants on a weekly basis. Your first paycheck will depend on your hire date. Please refer to the MMI payroll schedule that is provided to you during onboarding. You may also reach out to w2pay@itmmi.com with any questions pertaining to payroll.
When am I eligible for 401K?
Full-time employees will become eligible for the 401k the first month following their first 30 days of employment. The HR department will send additional information via email once you become eligible.
I am having issues logging into Paycom, how do I reset my password?
Please contact HR@mitchellmartin.com for assistance in resetting your Paycom password.
TIME AND ATTENDANCE TRACKING
The process you will use for tracking your time and attendance varies depending on your assignment. The correct instructions will be relayed to you during the onboarding process. If you have questions or are still unsure of what to do, please contact your onboarding liason.
