Terms & Conditions
Temporary Placements – $1.00 payout per billable service hour:
- Payable for up to a maximum of six (6) calendar months from date of referral, and
- Paid within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter.
Direct-hire Placements – $350 Gift Card payout:
- Payable 120-days from the start date, and
- Fee collected from the client.
To earn bonus dollars the candidate referred must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a new registrant to MMHC or,
- Has not been contacted by MMHC within the past 30 days from the introduction
- Compliant with onboarding for MMHC
- Placed on a shift, temporary contract assignment or direct hire role.
- To be eligible for a client or job lead referral, a MMI representative must first confirm, in writing, that MMI does not have an existing business relationship with that referral. A fee will be paid for the first placement at that referral, if the placement starts within 6 months from the date of the referral.
- A fee will only be paid on referred candidates who are eligible for work authorization in the United States.
- The referrer agrees not to share the fee with anyone else, including third parties, as this may violate gift giving policies.
- This referral program is subject to change at any time, in MMI’s sole discretion.
