Medical and Dental Insurance are effective the first day of start for any employee working for Mitchell Martin Inc. Employees enrolled in any one of our three medical plans are also enrolled in Life Insurance, a Vision Plan and eligible for Gym Reimbursement at no additional cost!
Using pre-tax dollars, employees can put up to $255/month for transit and $255/month for parking onto a transit card or enroll in a transit pass plan.
A Health Advocate is available to all employees and can assist in helping choose the right plan, scheduling appointments, transferring medical records and resolving any benefit issues.
Flex Spending Accounts
Medical and Dependent Care accounts, allowing up to $2,550 for medical and $5,000 for dependent care, to be put in a pre-tax spending account. Eligible employees must have two years of service.
Automatic Enrollment the first month following the first thirty days of employment. Administered by Principal.
